Real estate and websites go hand in hand. Not too many years ago, real estate advertising was iron clad in newspaper ads and brochures. Times have changed. Advertising on the Internet for real estate is now industry standard. How you present your company and your properties are up to you. Echelon Sublishing has been providing website and photography services since 1996. From commercial to residential, we do it all.
Our first experience in websites was in real estate. In 1996, we started to build and promote commercial websites for the largest independent real estate brokerage in Texas, Henry S. Miller, Realtors. We also provided services for other real estate brokerages in North Texas. Our client base soon grew to include builders, developers, and home owners associations.
When digital photography was introduced to the public, we started to offer photography services to real estate agents across North Texas. We have made a sizable investment in film and digital cameras including lenses and software from IPIX and BEHere for 360 degree virtual tours showcased on individual websites and Realtor.com. We continue to stay on the cutting edge with how we present commercial, industrial, and residential property.
Commercial property proposes a unique challenge. We are not just promoting one property, we may be promoting 300+ properties all at the same time. We have to present mass appeal with a personal touch. All of our commercial properties have been high end condominiums. We are proud to say, each property we have been associated with, has sold out. From coast to coast, our work has done its job.
Our real estate websites include:
- Exterior andi interior photos
- Amenities lists
- Maps
- Floor plans
- Virtual tours
- Extensive property descriptions
- Custom designs
- Internet access webmail for owners and managers
Our experience in real estate design is second to none. The owner of Echelon Sites has been in real estate since 1978 and holds a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. When we want to learn about an industry, we go all out. We love what we do, and it shows.
